General Terms & Conditions
§ 1 General
1. All agreements between us and the customer for the purpose of fulfilment of this contract are set forth in this contract in writing.
2. Orders and deliveries are on principle available to the following countries: Great Britain. Orders are despatched via DHL.
3. Delivery to countries not specified must be approved.
§ 2 Offer
1. The order placed by the customer is a binding offer.
2. We are entitled to accept this offer within 2 weeks by sending a written confirmation or despatching the products ordered to the customer within this period.
3. In the event a specific product is out of stock, in some cases we will substitute a product of equivalent quality and price (substitute). The customer is also entitled to return this product within 14 days if unsatisfied. In the event a product ordered or substitute is out of stock, we shall be released from the contractual duty to deliver; at the same time we are obliged to promptly notify the customer of the product being out of stock and promptly refund any payments.
§ 3 Payment terms, pricing
1. Our invoices are due for payment within 30 days from the date of invoice date of invoice.
2. The prices specified in the catalogue include the statutory value-added tax.
§ 4 Shipping costs
Products are despatched via DHL, or by DHL partners abroad.
The shipping cost is 6.90 EUR irrespective of the order value.
You may pay via PayPal or credit card.
Prices include statutory VAT.
§ 5 Warranty
Any products received with obvious defect in material or manufacture, including transport damage, must be reported to us promptly. In this case the customer agrees to keep all items, packaging materials and boxes for claims. Failure to report the defect, however, does not affect your legal rights. In the event of other defects in the purchased item detected during the warranty period the customer is at his discretion entitled to the legal right to supplementary performance, removal of defects/new delivery and – if legal requirements are met – further claims for reduction or withdrawal, and furthermore damages, including compensation for damages in place of fulfilment, and compensation for expenses incurred in vain
§ 6 Retention of title
The delivered product remains our property until all claims arising from the supply contract are satisfied in full.
§ 7 Data storage
Pursuant to § 28 of the German Data Protection Act we hereby point out the data required to process the transaction are processed and stored on IT equipment in accordance with the § 33 German Data Protection Act. Any personal data will be kept confidential.
§ 8 Court of jurisdiction
In the event the customer changes residence or habitual residence to outside the Federal Republic of Germany following conclusion of contract, the place of jurisdiction is our registered office. Subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany; UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods excluded.
