Really great without being artificial
I've been taking strawberry and vanilla for a week. 1 shake in the morning, 2 hours after breakfast. Lunch 2 hours later, and dinner about 2 to 3 hours later on the 2nd, around 7:30 p.m. I gained about 0.7kg. I also seem to have a bit more of an appetite. Solubility top Both very good

For me personally, Kilo+Zero is really the only way to counteract being underweight, as I cannot tolerate some foods and cannot eat enough solid food. It is also the only cow's milk-free product without soy and oats, which I also cannot tolerate.

Really a great product for people with fructose intolerance! I've been drinking it for 1.5 weeks and have already gained almost 2 kilos. is a very good product and an effective blend to help gain weight. I bought a 1,5Kg batch which lasted me roughly 3 weeks. I have gained 4.1kg in that time frame (started: 83.1kg, now: 87.2kg) and not all on the gut. It goes well with 2 scoop to 250ml of whole milk taken 2 times a day in between meals.
