Drink 1 spoonful of powder in 150 ml of milk in the morning, midday and evening. 300 ml at once is too much for me. Add 25 grams of soluble oat flakes or coconut sprinkles per shake. Coconut has a lot of calories. Sometimes 1 spoonful of nut must. Then the drink always tastes different. Strawberry is not my thing now, but you get used to it, after a week it tastes good :-) I have now gained 1.5 kg in 2 weeks. I am happy. Unfortunately there are only 3 flavors which is a shame. I will definitely order vanilla again and hope for further success. Thank you for your products. Best regards.

Does what it promises.
I think the product is very good. It's the first shake with which I've actually gained 2kg. What's also positive is that I hardly have any bloating from it, at most for the first 2 days when I start taking it. It also tastes very good. I'll stick with it.

Highly recommended, it's simply brilliant
It's just brilliant, I was never able to gain weight, I weighed 39 kg, my wish was always to gain weight. Then I accidentally found HealtVitamins, I thought I'd give it a try, either it works or it doesn't work. I can only recommend.
Due to gastrointestinal problems, I have already lost a few kilos from 50kg at 174cm tall to 47.5kg. A few years ago I tried using Kilo+ Shake, but it didn't really help me. Now I thought, okay, I can't get the weight back by eating alone, so I'll order it. This time I also ordered ceratin. What can I say, after four weeks the scales say 50.5 kg. I'm in good spirits and hope that I can at least make it to 55 kg. I would be over the moon with that.

good product, I can highly recommend it!
I ordered the Vital Zero build-up in chocolate because my skin goes crazy with too much dairy products. Unfortunately I can't get it down in vanilla. :-/ For me it is a good addition to normal food. I am a “light eater” and so the product provides a lot more energy. That's great! I've definitely gained weight already.

I´ve been using this product for about 3 weeks and I have to say this is the first product in 3 years that i´ve used that I look forward to drinking rather than hold my nose and down as quick as I can. It makes a nice thick shake and the chocolate version tastes amazing and mixes easily. I´d buy this again in a second. I´ve tried so many types and manufacturers that i am glad I found one that I like finally!

The taste of Kilo Plus is quality and it really does what you need it to do, i gained 3kg in the month i used it and this was surprising for me because i usually struggle to gain weight, however the mixability can be inmproved i feel its still very powdery even after shaking it for a whole minute, it could be the ground oats but maybe the mixability can be improved. Overall however its really good
